Yunjin Chen

Independent Non-executive Director

Mr. Chen Yunjin has served as the company’s independent non-executive director since May 2022.

Mr. Chen Yunjin obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Huaqiao University in China in 2009 and a Master of Law degree in Common Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010. He obtained his legal professional qualification in March 2010 and was awarded the lawyer qualification by the Ministry of Justice of China in October 2012. In June 2021, he further obtained the qualification for fund practitioners from the Asset Management Association of China.
