Mr. Hao Xianjing (郝先经) was appointed as an independent Director on May 11, 2020 and redesignated as an independent non-executive Director on May 22, 2020. He is responsible for providing independent advice and judgment to our Board. Mr. Hao has more than 19 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. Mr. Hao has served as a partner and principal accountant at ShineWing Certified Public Accountants (信永中和会计师事务所) since October 2009.

Mr. Hao is currently an independent director at AVCON Information Technology Co., Ltd. (华平信息技术股份有限公司) and at Tianguang Zhongmao Co., Ltd. (天广中茂股份有限公司), both of which are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock codes: 300074 and 002509, respectively), since June 2018 and September 2019, respectively. From May 2008 to April 2014, he served as an independent director of Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd. (浪潮电子信息产业股份有限公司), a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000977).

Mr. Hao graduated from Shandong University of Finance (山东财政学院) (currently known as Shandong University of Finance and Economics (山东财经大学)) in the PRC with a bachelor’s degree in finance in July 1989. He received a master’s degree in economics from Liaoning University (辽宁大学) in the PRC in July 1996. Mr. Hao has been a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (中国注册会计师协会) since June 1995 and a member of the China Certified Tax Agents Association (中国注册税务师协会) since December 2000.
