Mr. Hao Xianjing has served as the company’s independent non-executive director since May 2020, and is responsible for providing independent opinions and judgements to the board of directors. Mr. Hao Xianjing has more than 19 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and financial reporting. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Shandong University of Finance and Economics (now known as Shandong University of Finance and Economics) in July 1989. He obtained a master’s degree in Economics from Liaoning University in July 1996. Since June 1995, he is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Since December 2000, he is a member of the China Certified Tax Agents Association.
