Jian Lin
Executive Director
Mr. Lin Jian (林健) was appointed as a Director on July 4, 2008 and redesignated as an executive Director on May 22, 2020. He has more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is primarily responsible for the overall management, business and strategy of our Group. Mr. Lin served as the chairman of our Board from July 2008 to June 2019 and was responsible for our strategic planning and development of our Group. He is also director of Ruimeijing (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and RemeGen Biosciences, Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Mr. Lin obtained his bachelor’s degree in Chinese medicine manufacturing from the Heilongjiang School of Commerce (黑龙江商学院) (currently known as Harbin University of Commerce (哈尔滨商业大学)) in January 1982.
